I found the room very clean and modern with a comfortable bed and amazing pillows. The staff really impressed me, especially Shariyah Stevens, our hostess. She quickly fixed our TV issue and maintained a cheerful demeanor the entire time. Breakfast offered enough choices, with a few hot options like waffles and grits, though more variety would be nice. I stayed in a Queen Room Non-Smoking which was compact but comfortable. However, I noticed the AC unit was quite loud even when turned off, which affected my sleep. The bathroom felt a bit cramped with the full-size tub. I appreciated the hotel's location right off the highway. it made it easy to access nearby attractions and dining options.

The hotel has a very responsive and friendly staff.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The carpet in my room was worn, and I found parts of it quite unappealing. Additionally, I was shocked to discover a $100 charge on my card, which was not communicated clearly at check-in. The check-in process was tedious, and it felt like my stay was off to a bad start from the moment I arrived.

Outstanding service that brightens your stay
From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel like old friends. The room was immaculate, with cozy beds and a delightful breakfast spread, making mornings a joy.
However, during our stay, we encountered some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms and a lingering odor that detracted from the otherwise excellent experience.

Had a nice stay here! The staff was super friendly and helped me out when I locked myself out of my room—big shoutout to Naomi! The breakfast was tasty, but I wish there were more options. Room was clean and comfy overall, just a little noisy from other guests.

Couple's getaway with a twist
The breakfast was good easy to grab some food before heading out and the location was quiet even though it was close to the main road. I remember I had to wipe down the AC unit myself because it was filthy but at least the room was clean enough otherwise to sleep comfortably.
